Assistant Engineer (in Electronics and Radio))

Your tasks

• Assist with the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of radio communication systems and equipment.
• Support communication network operations, including maritime communication equipment used for vessel arrivals and departures at ports.
• Carry out on-site inspections, servicing and technical support.
• Work at heights, including telecommunications towers, in accordance with safety procedures.
• Prepare basic technical reports and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate in English in a working environment.
• Willingness and ability to work at heights, including on telecommunications towers, subject to applicable safety requirements.
• Relevant experience in telecommunications, radio communications or networking will be an advantage.
