Position: NURSING SUPERVISOR.

Location: Hospital MAC Santa Fe.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with Title and professional license (cédula).

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the area.

Schedule: Schedule availability.

Job Objective:

Supervise, implement, and operate a Quality and patient safety System. Supervise nursing staff for patient care, with the purpose of maintaining the highest quality standards according to the general procedures and policies of Hospital MAC. Define, in coordination with the multidisciplinary team, the work processes related to organization, personnel administration, regulation, indicators, and improvements of the assigned service.

Functions:

• Execute work plans in collaboration with nursing management, aligned with institutional objectives.
• Implement safe processes, policies, protocols, and procedures for the patient based on work plans and best practices.
• Implement and follow measures to support goals that guarantee patient safety.
• Control inventories of supplies and medications under their charge.
• Verify the application of good nursing practices in patient care.
• Resolve complaints and comments from internal and external clients.
• Ensure staff coverage according to specific patient care standards.
• Comply with established good practices for patient care.
• Measure and report nursing indicators.
• Collaborate in the measurement of quality indicators.
• Perform daily quantitative reporting.
• Among other activities.
