Receptionist

Objective:

To provide kind and personalized attention in our services to outpatient, scheduled, and emergency patients through proper management of their admission and discharge, ensuring that information is clear and timely for patients and their families, maintaining close communication with the different operational and clinical areas of the hospital, thus facilitating a service with quality and warmth in the administrative processes for the patient and their families.

Preparatory or bachelor's degree

Knowledge:

• Intermediate or advanced English
• Computing
• Administration
• Customer Service.
• Experience in a similar position.

Functions:

• Attend to each and every patient who requires hospital services in a timely and proper manner.
• Collect patient information.
• Monitor patients and their families in the reception area to guide them sufficiently, clearly, and timely during and after medical care.
