Cost Accounting Chief

1. Cost accounting system design and control
2. Cost calculation and analysis
3. Budgeting and control
4. Prepare cost analysis reports to support management decision-making, set selling prices, and analyze product profitability
5. Internal control and verification of BOM, Routing / Process, and Inventory Valuation accuracy
6. Manage the cost accounting team
7. Coordinate with other departments such as Production, Engineering, and Procurement
8. Manage Inventory, monthly/quarterly cost reports, Margin / Profitability reports, and provide in-depth analysis reports to management and HQ

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in: Accounting, Finance, or related fields Age 35 years or older At least 7–10 years of experience in cost accounting At least 3–5 years of experience at a supervisory/managerial level If holding CPD / CPA / CMA or certifications in cost accounting/management, special consideration will be given Experience in Factory / Manufacturing businesses; experience with Japanese automotive part manufacturers will be specially considered Ability to perform cost analysis and prepare budgets, P&L plans, and variance analysis against actual costs Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Sage300) Skills in Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Analysis / Profitability Analysis Advanced level of Excel proficiency Ability in Analytical Thinking, Planning & Control, Problem-solving, and Data-driven Decision making Communication and coordination skills; ability to explain cost data to management, Presentation skills, and cross-functional coordination such as: Production / Engineering / Procurement Team management experience, including team development (Coaching / Mentoring), setting KPIs, and monitoring performance English: Good level (Reading/Writing reports / Communication) Attention to Detail, high Accountability, ability to Work under pressure, and a Continuous Improvement / Kaizen mindset
