The voco Paris Montparnasse hotel is looking for its future Night Auditor (M/F).

Your tasks

You will ensure the continuity of the reception during the night and will be in charge of:

• Welcoming clients with late arrivals or early departures*
• Managing reception operations and the cash desk*
• Managing internal and external telephone calls*
• Preparing a report of activities and incidents occurring during the night and transmitting instructions*
• Implementing current procedures*
• Participating in the optimization of hotel revenue and its marketing*
• Customer loyalty, the establishment's e-reputation, and responding to customer reviews on social networks

Requirements

• Successful experience in a similar position within an equivalent structure is appreciated*
• A desire and motivation to join an ambitious and rapidly growing group*
• Excellent mastery of the codes and requirements of the high-end hospitality sector*
• A sense of customer service as well as a strong sense of detail and quality*
• You are smiling, diplomatic, and a good listener*
• A hands-on person, motivated to take on great challenges and projects*
• Very good command of English
