Famous for introducing cocktail bar culture to Paris in 2007, the Experimental group is redefining hospitality by offering innovative cocktail bars and charming hotels across Europe and beyond.

Destinations have diversified over the years, from European capitals like Rome, Paris, and London, to more seasonal locations like Comporta, Ibiza, or Menorca for the summer, or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d'Isère for the winter. The group also has establishments in Porto, Rome, Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.

Our unique venues offer a blend of design, creativity, and exceptional service, with new openings on the horizon.
