Hotel Reservation Agent (M/F)

Job Description:

Your mission More than just taking a reservation, you accompany each guest in the preparation of their stay. Your role? To listen to them, understand what they are looking for, and guide them toward the hotel, the room, and the experiences that truly reflect who they are.

On a daily basis, you will

• Respond to reservation requests by phone and email
• Advise our guests in the choice of their hotel, their room, and their services
• Share your knowledge of the tourist environment to create tailor-made stays
• Create desire to live our experiences and contribute to sales optimization
• Ensure impeccable follow-up of reservations
• Collaborate with our hotel teams to ensure a very beautiful experience for our guests

You enjoy contact, exchange, and the pleasure of finding the right solution for each client You have a sense of service, are reactive, organized, and attentive to detail A first experience in reservation will obviously be a real plus You speak English fluently and a second foreign language would be appreciated You master office tools, hotel software (Protel would be a plus) You know online booking tools, GDS, and have notions of yield management

Do you know and love the mountains? Skiing, habits of a mountain clientele. Your knowledge of our destinations and their specificities will be particularly appreciated.
