What is important to us and what we expect from you:

• Structured and empowering management:

You are the project conductor, guaranteeing compliance with contractual commitments, the schedule, and the quality of deliverables.

• An assertive and collaborative posture:

You know how to frame the client, maintain a firm position while remaining attentive, and lead meetings with clarity.

• A global and proactive vision:

You identify risks, monitor indicators, lead steering committees, and adapt your methodology to the client's context.

• A multi-project and multi-site approach:

You know how to manage 1, 2, 3… 10 projects simultaneously, often remotely, with occasional travel to client sites.

At your level, you participate in the implementation of the QHSE-RSE policy.

You contribute to the company's image through the quality of the services provided.

Regular regional travel to clients is to be expected.

Remuneration: between €50k and €57k gross annual + €3k objective bonus

The assets of the person we are looking for:

• Proven and significant experience in software project management (ideally for external clients).
• Fluent English (B2 minimum): indispensable for leading meetings and communicating with key accounts.
• Leadership and structuring: to frame projects, define roles (RACI), lead teams, and guarantee deliverables.
• Mastery of the V-model and management tools (Excel, MS Project): to build schedules, monitor indicators, and anticipate risks.
• Rigor and ability to formalize: to write cutover plans, delivery reports, and reporting.
• Assertive posture and interpersonal skills: to support change and represent the client's voice.
• A project management certification (such as PMP, Prince2…) is highly appreciated to attest to a mastery of best practices.

Integration:

• Training program including one week of integration in Saint-Herblain and/or Massy.
• A mentor to accompany you
