Head of Purchasing (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operational and strategic purchasing of materials and services
• Conducting price and condition negotiations and designing and concluding corresponding contracts
• Optimization and further development of purchasing processes and procurement strategies
• Further development and securing of professional and economical purchasing
• Analysis of savings potential and implementation of measures for realization; monitoring of cost reduction potentials
• Development, evaluation, and optimization of supplier portfolios

Your Profile

• Technical or commercial university degree or comparable commercial or technical training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as a strategic buyer; international purchasing experience
• Sound knowledge in the field of contract law and contract design
• Independent way of working and decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking
• Persuasiveness and confident appearance when dealing with business partners at different levels
• High degree of personal responsibility and initiative
• Teamwork skills and social competence
• Conceptual talent and operational implementation competence
• Resilient personality
• Willingness for international travel
• Good English skills
