PROJECT MANAGER
*Job Description:*
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced _Project Manager_. You will be working closely with our office staff at both Winnipeg & Brandon locations. Building & maintaining a professional and positive relationship with all suppliers, vendors, architects/drafters, general contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all material, project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
*Responsibilities & Qualifications:*
- 3+ year experience in the Aluminum & Glazing industry (_asset_)
- 3 + year experience in Project Management (asset)
- 3 + year experience in the construction industry _(mandatory)_
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Workspace
- Experience using QuickBooks to create purchase orders (_asset_)
- Ordering products for Commercial projects
- Executing shop drawings processes with General Contractor/Architect
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Time management skills with attention to detail
- Complete projects within specified deadlines
- Current Class 5 Driver?s License and some form of personal transportation _(mandatory)_
- Project budget management experience (_asset_)
Must currently reside in Canada.
