Assistant ADV Export (M/F)

Position based in Montpellier (CDI)

Reporting to the Responsable ADV, you will process export orders for our automates, réactifs, and pièces détachées, from the purchase order to the receipt of our products by our customers.

Missions:

You ensure the processing of orders for a defined geographical area (receipt and registration of purchase orders, verification of specificities related to products, countries, and customers, determination of the type of transport).

You prepare the documents related to shipping (facture, etc.), monitor their progress, and inform the customer. You ensure the follow-up of customs documents related to exports in the area.

You assist the customer from a logistical and administrative point of view.

You register logistical complaints.

You ensure a direct interface between the customer and the company.

Profile:

With higher education in commerce international, you have proven experience in a similar position within an industrial and international environment. You master the techniques related to commerce international (incoterms, lettres de crédit, etc.). You are familiar with the fiscal and logistical aspects related to exportation. Rigorous and organized, you possess strong interpersonal skills. You must master English and office tools (Word, Excel). It is imperative that you have worked on an ERP (ideally SAP).

Package:

Annual gross remuneration range between 28,600 and 35,000 € depending on profile on 13 months + Part variable annuelle + TR + JRTT
