HopperTax is building a nationwide network of trained and qualified agents to help individuals and businesses navigate tax filing with confidence.
As a HopperTax Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handhold customers through the process of preparing and filing their taxes with the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) using the HopperTax platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate individuals and businesses about their tax filing obligations and the services available through HopperTax.
- Guide customers through registration and tax filing on the HopperTax platform.
- Help customers provide the information and documents required to prepare their tax returns.
- Explain the filing process clearly and respond to basic customer questions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they complete their tax filing successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of customer engagements and progress.
- Protect customers’ personal and financial information.
- Serve as a trusted HopperTax representative within your community.
