Tasks With our Hoppe Service Team in Hamburg and our partners in various countries, we are in operation for our customers worldwide.

Partially international service activities on board such as commissioning, installations, and repairs (approx. 50% of the activity) Support for our customers through Remote Service via Email, telephone, and MS Teams from the Hamburg location (approx. 50% of the activity) Identification of technical problems Spare part recommendation for our customers Preparation of detailed checklists for service on board Technical follow-up of service assignments Operational quality assurance in the area of Technical & On Board Service

Profile Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology Experience in the maritime sector desirable Good English skills in spoken and written form Good PC hardware and software knowledge Driving license class B Willingness to travel for service assignments worldwide Teamwork skills in an international team
