Since 2020, our Lyon-based SME has been marketing products dedicated to home and garden equipment and furnishing through our three brands:

• Casanoov (gate kits, small gates, and fencing)
• Cazeboo (pergola kits, gazebos, and carport kits)
• Sicaan (sofas and indoor furniture)

Our business is expanding on a European scale, driven by strong growth and structural Supply Chain challenges.

Your tasks

In this context, we are looking for an Import Coordinator, capable of ensuring rigorous operational monitoring of our flows, driving the performance of our partners, and actively contributing to the optimization of our supply chain.

Reporting to the Upstream Supply Chain Manager and working closely with the Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams, you will play a key role in the reliability of our operations, cost control, and the continuous improvement of our processes.

• Drive procurement: analyze the needs of your portfolio, prepare orders with buyers, and monitor stocks to anticipate shortages and overstocks.
• Coordinate imports: organize shipments with international suppliers and freight forwarders, track bookings and lead times, anticipate contingencies, coordinate corrective actions, and prioritize files with high business stakes.
• Ensure data and document reliability: keep tools up to date and control the consistency of ordering, shipping, and customs information.
• Control costs: verify invoices and applied rates, monitor budgets, and handle discrepancies or disputes with partners.
• Improve performance: monitor KPIs for stocks, costs, lead times, and service quality, analyze discrepancies, and propose concrete improvements.

Do you have solid experience in international procurement and import flow management, particularly from Asia? Your profile You are rigorous, organized, and analytical. You enjoy verifying data, understanding discrepancies, and taking ownership of your tasks until their resolution.

Your assets for success

• Good mastery of Excel, indispensable for analyzing data and building reliable dashboards.
• Professional English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to prioritize, anticipate risks, and manage multiple files in parallel.
• Clear communication and good interpersonal skills with various international stakeholders.

Ideally, you have experience in procurement, import, or logistics coordination. Knowledge of maritime imports from Asia and experience in an e-commerce, retail, or distribution environment would be an asset.

Remuneration: €34,000.00 to €38,000.00 per year
