Product Manager building materials

For an international player within the sustainable construction sector, an experienced Product Manager is being sought who wants to help shape further growth. The organization develops innovative and sustainable construction solutions and attaches great importance to collaboration, innovation, and the well-being of its employees.

In this international position, you will be responsible for the development and lifecycle of innovative construction products. You will map out customer and market needs, manage the product portfolio, and work closely with various internal stakeholders to realize growth and profitability. The position involves approximately 50% international travel.

What will your package of tasks look like?

• You map out the needs of customers and various markets and translate these insights into concrete input for innovation and product development.
• You manage the entire product development process, from concept and market introduction to the final phase-out of products.

• You optimize product margins and stimulate the international growth of the product portfolio by developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
• You monitor the success of the products at an international level and provide input for forecasting and future projections based on data.

• You contribute to international strategic planning and participate in initiatives that support further market growth.

What do we expect from you?

• You have demonstrable international experience within product management, preferably within the B2B construction sector.
• You possess strong analytical skills, commercial insight, and excellent capabilities in the field of project management.

• You have experience in building business cases and following up on and analyzing key financial KPIs.
• You possess good technical knowledge, have a proactive attitude, and have a strong interest in innovation and problem-solving.

• You communicate fluently in English, enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders, and are willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
