PMC Supervisor

1、负责PMC部门的目标设定、指标管理、团队管理、培训管理 2、组织团队成员完成订单评审，确认订单交期；审核生产计划，跟进生产进度；物料进度的跟进，最终满足客户交付目标。 3、新产品、重要客户订单的评审与跟进 4、库存呆滞管理 5、ERP系统数据维护管理 6、建立交付目标管理机制，并能及时沟通协调处理异常

1. Responsible for setting goals, managing indicators, team management and training management in the PMC department.
2. Organize team members to complete order reviews, confirm order delivery deadlines; review production plans, follow up on production progress; track material progress to ultimately meet customer delivery targets.
3. Review and follow up on new products and important customer orders.
4. Manage inventory obsolescence.
5. Maintain and manage ERP system data.
6. Establish a delivery target management process and be able to communicate, coordinate and handle abnormalities in a timely manner.

Qualifications: 本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理类相关专业； 具备 5 年以上制造业生产计划与物料控制的实操经验，至少1年管理岗位经验； 熟悉ERP系统操作，精通 Excel 数据处理及 Office 办公软件； 具备良好的沟通协调能力与抗压能力。 Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields; 2. At least 5 years of practical experience in manufacturing production planning and material control, with at least 1 year of management experience; 3.
