· Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations: · Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications: · Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project: · Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force: · Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. · Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site. · Preparing VO and other reports as required. · Other related duties, as assigned Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction - At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
