Responsibilities and attributions

Your day-to-day involves multidisciplinary activities and challenges such as:

  • Acting in customer service and commercial consultancy with the dealership network in your region;
  • Being responsible for monitoring sales results for motorcycles, accessories, and related products;
  • Monitoring commercial performance indicators, sales, market share, and profitability;
  • Elaborating analyses, diagnostics, and action plans to achieve established goals;
  • Developing and presenting managerial and executive reports to monitor regional results;
  • Supporting dealerships in the implementation of commercial strategies and market actions;
  • Identifying opportunities for growth, performance improvement, and network development;
  • Conducting frequent visits to dealerships, strengthening relationships and supporting the local business;
  • Conducting commercial negotiations and monitoring the execution of agreed actions;
  • Working in partnership with internal areas to ensure excellence in customer experience and commercial results.

Requirements and qualifications

What we look for in you:

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Public Relations, or related fields;
  • Experience with commercial relationships, customer service, dealerships, distributors, or suppliers;
  • Experience with the analysis of indicators, goals, results, and the elaboration of action plans;
  • Experience with negotiation and relationship management;
  • Knowledge of the office package, with a focus on excel and power bi.
  • Intermediate English;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
