Learn more about the area: We are looking for a person to act as a Mid-level Credit Risk Analyst, focusing on parameterization, maintenance, and improvement of credit rules in automated systems for the Bank and Consórcio portfolio.

This position will have an interface with internal areas and teams from Latin America, requiring an analytical profile, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and good communication to ensure consistency and quality in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities and duties Your day-to-day involves multidisciplinary activities and challenges such as:

  • Supporting the parameterization and maintenance of credit rules in the Crivo system.
  • Translating credit policies into automated rules for decision systems.
  • Participating in homologations, tests, and validations of new rules and system versions.
  • Ensuring the consistency, integrity, and adherence of parameterizations to credit policies.
  • Monitoring the behavior of rules and suggesting improvements in the decision-making process.
  • Documenting changes made and maintaining an updated history of parameterizations.
  • Supporting analysis of logs, databases, and results to evaluate rule performance.
  • Acting in interface with Risk, Business, Operations, and TI areas.
