Job Summary You will provide friendly and accurate customer service, handle sales transactions, maintain store appearance and security, support inventory tasks, and contribute to smooth daily retail operations. Responsibilities Deliver courteous and professional customer service to assist customers effectively Respond to customer product inquiries with accurate and clear information Process sales transactions accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers Restock shelves and arrange merchandise to maintain attractive displays Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards throughout the retail store Conduct basic inventory handling and perform stock checks as needed Monitor store activity to reduce loss and ensure security Complete additional assigned tasks to support daily retail operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
