Job Title: Operations Executive (Class 3 Driving License) Salary: $3,500/month + $500 incentive + performance incentives Annual Bonus: Up to 2 months salary Annual Increment: Minimum $500 increment Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: Local health-focused tech company using smart vending machines to sell fresh fruit juices across Singapore. We are growing fast and need a reliable, self-motivated person to keep daily operations smooth and help us expand to new locations. The Role This is a hybrid role. Some days you will restock machines and check equipment. Other days you will meet property managers and owners to secure new sites for our machines. It mixes hands-on field work with relationship building. Key Responsibilities Restocking and Cleaning: Replenish supplies like fruits, cups, and lids. Follow cleaning and food safety standards.
Machine Maintenance: Inspect machines regularly. Do basic repairs and replace parts to keep them running.
Inventory and Suppliers: Manage stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers for fruit and material deliveries.
Site Scouting: Find new locations by checking foot traffic and commercial potential.
Partnership Building: Meet property owners and managers at malls, hospitals, and offices. Discuss rental terms and coordinate machine placement.
Driving: Use a company vehicle to travel between sites. A valid Class 3 or 3A license is required.
Requirements Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license.
Comfortable with physical work like lifting, carrying, and cleaning.
Able to work flexible hours when needed.
Self-motivated and reliable.
