CLERK – WINDOWS & DOORS HARDWARE TRADE Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500/month Location: Singapore Industry: Aluminium Windows & Doors We are looking for a responsible and organised Clerk to join our team in the aluminium windows and doors industry. Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative and clerical duties

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents

Update sales orders, project records and customer information

Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams

Assist with scheduling of site measurements, deliveries and installations

Maintain proper filing of project and administrative documents

Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant clerical/admin experience

Experience in aluminium windows, doors, renovation or construction industry will be an advantage

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel

Good organisational and communication skills

Able to work independently and follow up on tasks

Careful, responsible and detail-oriented

Candidates with no industry experience but with strong administrative skills may also be considered

We Offer Basic Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500/month
