Urgent+++Business Group Sales Officer at HomePro Sukhaphiban 3/Ladkrabang Branch

1. Create, recruit, and develop sales volume for the assigned customer group through telesales and face-to-face meetings.
2. Plan, manage, execute, and evaluate customer visits to build and maintain customer relationships, including influencing purchasing behavior and increasing customer spending.
3. Collect and understand market information, including increasing market share, and present information to relevant departments.
4. Provide assistance regarding customer information, product presentations, and various promotions; work closely with customers to understand their business and business goals, which will enable finding business opportunities and meeting customer needs.
5. Work with relevant departments both inside and outside the organization to develop projects related to target customer groups; participate in activities and engage with customers as assigned by the Head Office or the branch.
6. Prepare sales documents, coordinate sales, and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
7. Collect sales documents and related documents, coordinating with relevant departments according to the company's sales policy.
8. Increase customer satisfaction by addressing customer dissatisfaction through complaint management according to established processes and policies.
9. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to summarize work plans with supervisors.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male/Female Age 25 years and above Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related fields 3+ years of experience in sales Experience in retail business or marketing will be specially considered Knowledge of basic computer programs Able to use English at a general communication level Good negotiation and communication skills Experience in corporate sales or project sales will be specially considered Disciplined in work No visible tattoos Good decision-making skills
