Pay

1-Person Client Care: $14.00/hour

CNA: $15.50/hour

Couples Care: $16.25/hour

Same-Day Pickup Shifts: $15.00–$18.00/hour

Weekend On-Call: $100 per weekend

What You’ll Do

As a CAREGiver, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable support to seniors in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

Preparing meals and completing light housekeeping

Providing medication reminders

Assisting with errands and appointments

Providing transportation as needed

Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care

Providing Alzheimer's and dementia care

Supporting clients with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence

CAREGiver Requirements

Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect

Warm, friendly, and professional communication skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Valid auto insurance

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen

No previous caregiving experience is required! Home Instead provides paid training to help you develop the skills needed to provide quality care.
