THE POSITION

Home Instead is hiring a high-performing Client Care & Sales Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries from U.S.-based families, understand their care needs, qualify potential clients, and schedule consultations with our local team. This is not a script-reading call center position. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking English, comfortable having meaningful conversations with families, and able to combine empathy with a strong sales mindset. The right candidate knows how to build trust, ask the right questions, overcome hesitation, consistently follow up, and move qualified families toward the next step in the care process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries from families seeking home care services
• Build rapport and trust with prospective clients and family members
• Ask consultative questions to understand each family's needs and situation
• Explain Home Instead's services clearly and professionally
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule consultations with our local team
• Follow up consistently with families who have not yet scheduled or started services
• Manage leads through the sales process
• Maintain approximately 40–50 daily call and follow-up activities
• Accurately document calls, leads, and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal team members
• Meet established activity, consultation, and conversion expectations

Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, call centers, healthcare, lead management, appointment setting, or similar roles is preferred.

COMPENSATION

• Starting pay: $600 USD per month
• Independent contractor position
• Performance-based compensation may increase after 6 months
• Additional performance bonuses available for this role

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Full-time
• 100% remote
• Supporting a U.S.-based company in Orlando, Florida
• Work schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
• Regular phone communication with U.S.-based families
