As a Contents Technician, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery ? assessing, packing, cleaning, and restoring people's belongings after fire, flood, and other losses. *What You'll Do:*

• Assess and document damaged contents (condition, photos, inventory for insurance claims)
• Safely pack and transport belongings, including furniture, electronics, and sentimental items
• Clean and restore salvageable items; coordinate with restoration specialists as needed
• Organize and track stored items, ensuring proper storage conditions
• Communicate updates to clients with empathy and professionalism
• Follow safety protocols and stay current on industry regulations

*What We're Looking For:*

• Experience in restoration, moving, or construction *required*
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stay sharp and steady under pressure, including emotionally sensitive situations
• Good communication skills and the physical stamina to lift and move heavy items
• Familiarity with restoration cleaning equipment and techniques are a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends
