Mission: Develop, maintain, and evolve digital solutions that support the organization's internal processes, using Microsoft technologies and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.

What your day-to-day will be like…

• Develop applications using Power Apps and .NET technologies;
• Develop automation flows using Power Automate;
• Participate in the evolution of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions;
• Develop integrations between applications through APIs and web services;
• Collaborate in the development of dashboards and Data Analytics solutions using Power BI;
• Support Artificial Intelligence initiatives using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI Services;
• Ensure the quality, documentation, and evolutionary maintenance of the implemented solutions;
• Collaborate with internal users in requirements analysis and solution design;
• Work in close collaboration with different business areas, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

What we value in your profile…

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field (preferred);
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the software development area;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, Azure, Git, and Azure DevOps (valued);
• Analytical capacity and orientation towards problem-solving;
• Good communication and ease in working in a team;
• Organization, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility;
• Technological curiosity and a desire to learn continuously;
• Ability and willingness to document knowledge and share it with the team;
