Job Responbilities:
- Achieve sales target
- Monitoring, Coaching and empowering team.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership skill and good management.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumption, forecast requirement & maintain inventory
- Detailed oriented
- Very good creative and innovation skills.
- Training Staff to follow restaurant procedure.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Willing to work in Bandara Halim Jakarta Timur
