Your tasks

The Role & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring every calculation is flawless.
• Manage Personnel records with the highest level of confidentiality and organization.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources (HR) team to streamline onboarding and offboarding financial workflows.
• Generate detailed payroll reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of proven experience in a dedicated Payroll or Personnel role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and Payroll administration.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and local Taxation requirements.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Software (ERP) and HRIS platforms.
• A relevant educational background in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
• Strong Data Analysis skills to interpret payroll trends and provide actionable insights.
