Job Summary As a Cashier, you?ll provide friendly, accurate service while processing purchases and supporting a smooth checkout experience. You?ll use POS technology, communicate clearly in English, and help customers find suitable products through attentive service and relevant sales support.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash carefully, and apply basic math to verify payments and change.
- Answer customer questions with professional communication and phone etiquette; demonstrate products and support technology sales when appropriate.
- Maintain organized, well-merchandised checkout and sales areas, manage time effectively, and assist with retail sales and thoughtful upselling.
