Interface Engineer

Job Responsibilities Assist in coordinating interface works with dedicated SWC (System-Wide Contractors) systems.

Support the team as a point of contact for ISCS interface activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

Participate in technical sessions with customers, consultants, and SWCs to understand and document system interface discussions.

Work closely with the software development team to track technical development progress and support the delivery of ISCS software for testing.

Follow up on and learn to prepare interface-related documents, such as ICD, IDD, test procedures, etc.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on system design, software interface related issues, etc.

Undertake multiple roles and tasks as assigned by Project Manager

Perform shift work and on-site activities such as testing, troubleshooting and deployment when required.

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates; relevant internship experience or a Final Year Project (FYP) related to railway, IoT, or system integration is a strong plus. Basic understanding or a strong interest in the constraints and interface requirements of civil, electrical, and mechanical works. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Highly responsible, eager to learn, and self-driven.
