Manager, Franchise EMEA
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded TEMP Manager, Franchise EMEA to help shape and drive franchise strategy and performance across assigned markets.
In this role, you will play a key part in translating regional and global franchise strategies into impactful local plans and execution. You will act as the primary franchise lead for your assigned market, working closely with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, identify growth opportunities and deliver key franchise initiatives.
You will also contribute to selected EMEA-wide strategic priorities, helping to strengthen cross-market collaboration, share best practices and drive consistency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of franchise strategies for assigned markets, ensuring alignment with global and EMEA priorities.
- Lead and support the execution of key franchise initiatives and major campaign moments, ensuring coordinated delivery and measurable impact.
- Partner with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to overall franchise performance.
- Act as the primary franchise contact for the assigned market, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with established global and EMEA frameworks.
- Support local franchise planning and execution, ensuring activities are aligned with agreed franchise priorities.
- Help maintain consistency in franchise strategy and stewardship across assigned markets, without direct operational ownership.
- Partner with global franchise teams to provide market insight and ensure local perspectives are reflected in broader franchise priorities.
- Contribute to selected EMEA-wide strategic initiatives and act as a champion for assigned regional priorities.
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration and the sharing of best practices across EMEA.
- Provide guidance, onboarding support, work direction and project coordination to coordinators, interns, temporary employees and other support resources, where required.
About You
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and highly organised professional who can operate effectively in a complex, international environment.
You will bring:
- At least 6 years' experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management or cross-functional leadership.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- An MBA or other relevant Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships across a matrixed, international organisation.
- A high degree of ownership, autonomy and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of an organisation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will have the opportunity to develop and recommend market-level franchise strategies within established global and EMEA frameworks, as well as contribute to the prioritisation of initiatives, resource allocation and go-to-market approaches for your assigned market.
Significant changes to market strategy, investment levels or resource allocation will be subject to appropriate senior-level approval, alongside organisational changes, hiring and compensation decisions.
Working Across EMEA
This is an international role requiring close collaboration across different markets and time zones. You will help connect local market teams with regional and global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and sharing of knowledge across the EMEA franchise community.
Approximately 10% travel may be required, with occasional flexibility to support global campaigns, premieres or other key franchise initiatives outside standard working hours.
