The Role As Aftersales Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of the aftersales department. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing the service and workshop teams to achieve departmental targets. Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability. Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitoring departmental KPIs and implementing improvements where required. Overseeing workshop scheduling, job flow and resource allocation. Managing customer queries, escalations, warranty matters and technical concerns. Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and maximise aftersales performance. Ensuring manufacturer standards, compliance and operational procedures are maintained. Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to supporting the team when needed. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or similar management role within the motor trade. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a successful team. A good understanding of dealership aftersales operations, workshop efficiency and financial performance. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused approach with a strong commercial mindset. The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and deliver results. A full UK driving licence. Previous experience within a franchised main dealership environment would be highly advantageous. What's on Offer?
