About the Role Holler Brewing Co. is looking for a reliable, hardworking Pizza Cook to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with some kitchen experience who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a fun, brewery environment. You need at least one year experience working with pizza in a kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare, assemble, and cook pizzas consistently and efficiently Handle dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings Operate commercial pizza ovens and kitchen equipment Assist with ingredient prep, stocking, and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen Manage multiple orders during busy shifts Help with opening and closing kitchen duties Qualifications Minimum 1 year of restaurant or commercial kitchen experience required Pizza-making experience preferred, but not required Basic food preparation and kitchen safety knowledge Ability to work independently and stay organized Dependable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Must have availability for evenings and weekends Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Work at Holler?
