We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive with a passion for turning ideas into real, high-impact campaigns. This role leads end-to-end marketing projects — from concept to execution — especially in the F&B space.

Position : Senior Marketing Officer (Project-Based / F&B)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own marketing projects from start to finish : Ideate, plan, and launch campaigns that align with brand and business goals.
  • Drive Marketing Project with Creativity : Develop fresh ideas for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Execute and make it happen: Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life — from design to rollout.
  • Lead promotions that perform: Plan and manage omnichannel promotion strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate inside and out: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (sales, ops, creative) and external partners (agencies, vendors, influencers).
  • Craft clear communication: Prepare campaign briefs with sharp messaging and visual direction (tone, mood, key visuals).
  • Track performance: Analyze results, measure impact, and present actionable insights and reports.
  • Support the team: Mentor junior members and contribute to a creative, collaborative marketing culture.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or E-commerce management. Experience managing marketing and sales on F&B Business is a strong plus. Solid understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion funnel optimization, and sales performance analysis. Creative problem-solver with excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in the bakery or food business will be given special consideration.
