Sage x3 Project Manager (M/F)

As part of a migration, we are looking for a Sage x3 Project Manager for our client, a player in the transport/toll sector. Within the DSI Finance & Supply, a set of applications contributing to financial processes is operated. (Mainly Sage X3 and Eloficash)

The future Project Manager will ensure end-to-end coordination of the work, from needs analysis and prioritization to implementation, testing, documentation, and production monitoring. Particular attention will be paid to data migrations and IT activities related to subsidiary repetitions and rollouts.

As a Sage x3 Project Manager, your missions will be to:

Scoping, analysis and prioritization:

• Define, qualify, and prioritize the needs necessary for the construction and optimization of flows.
• Understand the Client's business needs as well as the interactions between different processes, applications, interfaces, and data.

• Analyze functional and technical issues, then propose suitable solutions to the Client.
• Prioritize tasks taking into account criticality, dependencies, risks, and implementation constraints.

• Guarantee the overall consistency of the Sage X3 solution and its application ecosystem.

Design, implementation and quality:

• Design, configure, develop, or have the requested elements implemented in accordance with the validated needs.
• Organize and execute tests of technical components, interfaces, and flows.

• Ensure the proper integration of implementations into the existing architecture and processes.
• Identify, formalize, and share avenues for improvement and optimization.

Functional and project skills:

• Proven experience in ERP project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Good mastery of the Finance and Supply processes covered by Sage X3.

• Ability to collect, challenge, formalize, and prioritize business needs.
• Mastery of managing risks, dependencies, action plans, testing, and production rollouts.

• Experience with international deployments and data migration projects.

Technical skills

• Mastery of Sage X3 V12: configuration, flows, interfaces, batch processing, and development principles.
• Good understanding of integration architectures, APIs, file exchanges, and ETL tools (Talend).

• Skills in data analysis and SQL querying, particularly on Oracle.
• Ability to define a testing strategy, analyze anomalies, and coordinate their correction.

• Mastery of documentation practices and change traceability.
