WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MAINTENANCE PLANNER (WOMEN AND MEN)!

You will be responsible for Improving the efficiency and productivity of both internal staff and third-party services through good planning, monitoring, and optimization of all preventive/corrective maintenance tasks to achieve equipment availability/reliability objectives at the lowest sustainable maintenance cost.

Workplace: Cement Plant, Aguacaliente Cartago. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. (Availability to perform occasional on-call shifts).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Academic background: Degree professional in mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial maintenance engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Technical knowledge: Technical knowledge in industrial maintenance management.
  • Proficiency in computational tools (office - Google - MS Project).
  • English proficiency - basic intermediate level (B1).
  • Proficiency in the SAP system or related systems (desirable).
  • Proficiency in design programs AutoCad, Inventor or SolidWorks (desirable).
