Purpose of the role

At Holcim, we are looking for a Trainee SAP HCM passionate about technology, data analysis, and problem-solving. In this role, you will provide support to the Systems area in the functional configuration of the tool, process documentation, and updating operative tables for different countries. Main Responsibilities

• SAP Configuration and Tables: Support the parameterization of operative tables, updating reference values, and creating informative payment concepts in SAP HCM.
• Analysis and Problem Solving: Review code logic to track failures, understand the origin of data, and adjust necessary configurations in the system.
• Process Documentation: Design and structure manuals, functional guides, and area workflows.
• Data Management: Consolidate, analyze, and structure information using Google Sheets for process tracking.
• Innovation: Explore and integrate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize documentation and improve the efficiency of daily tasks.

Profile Requirements

• Education: Students in their final semesters or recent graduates of Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related careers.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (previous experience in internships or university projects is valued).
• Programming Logic: Ability to read and interpret code logic (reviewing algorithms or routines to find failures). Knowledge of programming in ABAP is not required.
• Tools: Intermediate / advanced handling of Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• Desirable: Knowledge of or interest in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Competencies: High analytical capacity, attention to detail, orientation toward problem-solving, and excellent writing/documentation skills.
