Sr. Bilingual Purchasing Analyst - National and International Procurement

To continue driving our expansion and consolidating our portfolio in Venezuela, we are looking for the following Talent; Sr. Purchasing / Procurement Analyst.

Technical Profile (Hard Skills):

• Education: TSU or Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields *(Graduates or students in their final year of the degree).
• Language (Indispensable): Bilingual with advanced proficiency (C-2) in English (Mandatory) for negotiation and direct contact with international suppliers.
• Experience: (3) to (5) years in purchasing management, international/national procurement, supplier negotiation, and supply chain monitoring.
• Expertise in: Supplier evaluation and selection, issuance and follow-up of purchase orders (PO), cost structure analysis, import management, and logistical coordination.
• Data Management: Advanced proficiency in Excel (reports, purchasing and cost indicators) and handling of ERP systems.
• Scope: Planning and execution of corporate sourcing, ensuring timely product availability and optimization of operating costs.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and strategic vision capacity.
• Proactivity, results orientation, and decision-making under pressure.
• Organization, analytical thinking, and high communication skills.

Requirements and Location:

• Indicative age: From 25 to 39 years (Preferable, not limiting).
• Location and Schedule: Caracas, Altamira (On-site Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
