Reservations Agent - Intermediate English Tour Operator

Your tasks

• Customer Service:
• Provide advice and support to clients and agencies regarding

availability, rates, and excursion details.

• Reservation Management: Process and confirm reservations through internal systems and platforms such as Expedia, Viator, Booking, etc…
• Coordination with Operations: Ensure that reservations are

correctly registered and communicated to the operations team.

• Negotiation and Sales:

Apply sales strategies to maximize tour occupancy and improve profitability.

• Systems Management: Use reservation software and customer management tools.
• Problem Solving: Handle changes, cancellations, and unforeseen

situations efficiently.

• Reports and Follow-up: Generate sales and occupancy reports to optimize commercial strategies.

Requirements
