(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you will take on the leadership of important company projects and thus contribute to the successful implementation of our corporate strategy.

Your Tasks

• Management of strategic and company-wide (sub-) projects with high relevance
• Holistic project planning and control including content, milestones, schedule, resources, and budget
• Close cooperation with clients and stakeholders for the successful implementation of project goals
• Coaching and training of project teams and project managers to strengthen project management competence
• Further development and establishment of professional project management methods and standards within the organization

Your Competencies

• Completed university degree in economics, engineering, logistics, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a comparable field of study
• Sound professional experience in project management, ideally in comparable and complex areas of responsibility
• Knowledge in the methodical planning and control of demanding projects
• Strong communication, moderation, and coaching skills as well as a confident appearance across different hierarchical levels
• Project management certification according to PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA/GPM, or a comparable standard is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
