SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) (ERP Organizer)

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d), you will actively help shape the digital transformation of our company and make a decisive contribution to the further development of our Finance processes. As part of the S/4HANA transformation, you will ensure future-proof and efficient processes within the international corporate group. As a central interface between specialist departments and IT, you will drive optimizations and ensure sustainable system usage. Through your expertise, you will create transparency, process security, and efficiency in our financial processes. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to long-term corporate success and competitiveness.

Your Tasks

• Functional contact person for all SAP FI topics and support for Key Users in national and international group companies.
• Responsible participation in the introduction and migration to SAP S/4HANA as well as active co-design of future Finance processes.
• Functional representation and further development of the SAP Finance module area, including the review, processing, and administration of SAP authorization requirements.
• Continuous analysis, optimization, and standardization of business processes as an interface between specialist departments and IT.
• Creation of training materials and documentation, as well as planning and conducting SAP FI user training.
• Review, processing, and administration of authorization requirements.

Your Competencies

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable training with a corresponding professional focus.
• Sound knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA as well as at least three years of relevant professional experience in the SAP environment.
• Practical experience in the SAP Finance environment (FI) with a good understanding of adjacent modules and integrative end-to-end processes.
• Initial experience in transformation, rollout, or implementation projects as well as a high willingness to actively shape changes.
• Structured and analytical way of working, strong communication and consulting skills, as well as very good English skills.
