To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and strategically acting personality as Head of Partner Business (m/f/d). In this key position, you will significantly shape the international partner and resale strategy, further develop future-oriented sales models, and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of the Hoffmann Group.
Your Tasks
- Development and continuous further development of our international partner and resale strategy.
- Expansion of existing as well as development of new international market models and growth paths.
- Responsibility for governance, compliance, as well as the control and optimization of partner performance.
- Ensuring efficient, transparent, and lean end-to-end processes along the entire value chain.
- Strategic support of selected international key customers and sales partners in close cooperation with international Key Account Management.
- Strategic further development of the Inside Sales Overseas Partners area.
Your Competencies
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in international sales or partner management.
- Sound experience in partner or resale management as well as in international sales.
- Initial experience in leading or managing corresponding projects.
- International mindset as well as very good written and spoken English skills.
- Negotiation skills, confident appearance, and willingness to undertake international business trips.
- Enjoyment in further developing structures and actively shaping changes.
- Strong team and interface competence; SAP SD and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
