International Project Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically and personally convincing International Project Manager (m/f/d) at the Munich or Nuremberg location at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the analysis and optimization of cross-cutting end-to-end sales processes in cooperation with various specialist departments and locations of the Hoffmann Group, as well as for active project management and participation
• The main task for the next 2-3 years is to significantly support and help shape the company's successful transformation to the new ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA)
• Planning and active participation in the realization of optimization, expansion, and change projects, also in adjacent subject areas and AI context
• Evaluation and technical detailing of new requirements, accompanying IT technical implementation, creation of test scenarios, conducting tests, as well as documentation of processes and system settings
• Accompanying the Go Live and the support phase of new functionalities or during rollouts, conducting training, and ensuring smooth operation in the production system

Your Competencies

• Completed studies in economics or Wirtschaftsinformatik or completed vocational training with corresponding qualification
• Several years of professional experience in sales or sales-related areas and experience in mapping, improving, and implementing/training process improvements
• Practical experience in common project management methods and process optimization approaches
• Proficient handling of MS-Office and modules and systems adjacent to SAP SD
• Very good written and spoken English skills, moderation skills, presentation confidence, willingness for moderate travel, and the ability to skillfully mediate between business/requirements on one side and IT/solutions on the other side
