Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the analysis and optimization of cross-cutting end-to-end sales processes in cooperation with various specialist departments and locations of the Hoffmann Group, as well as for active project management and participation

  • Accompanying the Go Live and the support phase of new functionalities or during rollouts, conducting training, and ensuring smooth operation in the production system

Your Competencies

  • Completed studies in business administration or business informatics or completed vocational training with corresponding qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or sales-related areas and experience in mapping, improving, and implementing/training process improvements
  • Practical experience in common project management methods and process optimization approaches
  • Routine handling of MS-Office and modules and systems adjacent to SAP SD
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, moderation skills, presentation confidence, willingness for moderate travel, and skillful mediation between business/requirements on one side and IT/solution possibilities on the other
