Apply today and be part of it. #YouMakeADifference Your Mission In your role as Industrial Engineer (w/m/d), you will shape the material flow and production strategy of our production lines, thereby creating the foundation for efficient, scalable, and future-proof manufacturing. When defining our production lines, you will take into account the specific requirements of our diverse applications, ranging from medical technology and the semiconductor industry to measurement technology and automation technology. Together with R&D, Processengineering, and Production, you will drive the industrialization of our Piezotechnologie products and accompany products from the idea stage to series production. In doing so, you make the difference Shaping value streams: You develop holistic concepts for our production lines based on Value-Stream-Mapping and taking Lean principles into account. Thinking production further: For our new products in medical technology and the semiconductor industry, you will develop production concepts for the different phases of the product lifecycle, from pre-series and the ramp-up phase to series production. Setting standards: You define manufacturing and equipment standards and implement them together with our partners for automation solutions. Designing capacities: You dimension machine and personnel capacities based on volume, cycle times, and product portfolio. Active shaping: Together with the team, you will work out optimization possibilities and actively implement them. Implementing investments: You prepare investment decisions, define the processes and equipment to be procured, and implement them together with our partner for production equipment and facilities. What you are good at Methodical: Very good knowledge of process design, Value-Stream-Mapping, and production concepts distinguishes you. Technically proficient: You bring a deep understanding of manufacturing technologies, applications, and technical limits. You are familiar with fluidic systems such as valves and micropumps and have no hesitation with electronics and software. Continuous improvement: You enjoy continuous optimization and are motivated to always get better. Methods such as Kaizen and Lean have been part of your professional development. Economic thinking: You use basic knowledge of controlling, cost accounting, and investment appraisal in a targeted manner. Strong in projects: You coordinate interdisciplinary teams in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects. Communicative: With very good English skills, you move confidently in an international environment.
