Hotel Receptionist (M/F)

Job Description:

The Best Western Vélizy hotel is looking for its future Receptionist (M/F).

You will ensure personalized guest reception at every stage of their stay and will be in charge of managing reception operations and the cash desk:

• Managing reservations
• Implementing current procedures
• Participating in the optimization of hotel revenue and its marketing
• Customer loyalty, the establishment's e-reputation, and responding to customer reviews on professional social networks

Your assets for this opportunity: Successful experience in a similar position within an equivalent structure is appreciated

• An excellent mastery of the codes and requirements of the high-end hospitality sector
• A sense of customer service as well as a strong sense of detail and quality
