Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Project Director / Project Manager (m/f/d) Data Center
Would you like to play an active role in shaping Germany’s digital infrastructure and take responsibility for one of HOCHTIEF’s most strategic data center projects? Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major Data Center project and lead a multidisciplinary team throughout the entire project lifecycle – from project initiation through to client handover.

Your Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a strategic large-scale data center project
Lead and manage the entire project team throughout all project phases
Ensure project delivery in accordance with schedule, budget, quality requirements, and the highest safety standards
Take responsibility for the project's commercial performance, risk management, and contract management
Oversee planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
Represent HOCHTIEF towards clients, authorities, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
Build and develop high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Your Profile
Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline
Extensive leadership experience in managing large and complex construction projects, ideally in the data center or high-tech sector
Proven track record in delivering major projects with a value exceeding €500 million
Several years of experience in senior project leadership positions
Strong expertise in project management, contract management, and risk management
Experience with international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) is an advantage
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
