Construction Clerk (m/f/d) Infrastructure Projects Your Tasks

• Creating invoices and commercial checking of incoming invoices
• Participating in the creation of monthly reporting at the branch level, of economic projections and forecasts, as well as cost-target-actual comparisons
• Support in commercial branch controlling (cash flow and variance analyses, performance and result forecasts)
• Commercial processing of smaller construction projects
• Administration and management of cars and equipment

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, ideally specializing in construction
• Several years of experience as a Construction Clerk (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Good understanding of numbers and costs
• Knowledge of VOB and construction contract law is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• High motivation, initiative, and independent way of working
