S&OP LEAD (fulltime)

Goal of the function: responsible for the alignment between demand, assortment, purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, and delivery.

The S&OP forms the connecting link between Commerce, Coffee, and Operations and is the owner of the process from forecast to delivery. The role ensures that commercial plans, assortment choices, and operational capacity align, so that HOCB can grow predictably, efficiently, and scalably.

In addition, the function is responsible for optimizing the assortment and chain performance based on data, insights, and continuous improvement.

The goal of the function is to have the right products, in the right quantities, available at the right time at an optimal inventory, service, and cost level. In this role, you ensure balance between our own brands, as well as various private labels.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Coordinating and managing the forecast cycle.
• Translating commercial expectations into demand forecasts.
• Identifying deviations and risks in demand development.
• Improving forecast accuracy.
• Developing scenarios for growth, seasonal influences, and new customers.
• Organizing and leading the periodic S&OP cycle.
• Aligning commercial plans with sourcing, inventory, and production capacity.
• Facilitating decision-making regarding demand and supply issues.
• Monitoring the progress of agreed actions.
• Acting as the owner of the chain Forecast → Purchasing → Inventory → Production → Logistics → Delivery.
